Meet The Team
At Lillybrook, we believe that the people who care for and educate your child make all the difference. Our dedicated team are passionate about creating a warm, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued, listened to and encouraged to be themselves. With a wealth of experience, knowledge and a shared commitment to the Early Years, we work closely together — and with you as parents and carers — to understand each child as an individual, celebrate their strengths and support them to grow in confidence, independence and curiosity. We are more than a team; we are the familiar faces, trusted relationships and caring adults who help make Lillybrook feel like a second home.
“The quality of early childhood outcomes is rooted in the knowledge, care, and consistency of the adults who guide them. Skilled educators don’t just support development — they shape it at every turn"
Our Story
Every great venture has a story, and ours begins with a mother’s vision. Lilly Brook Preschool was born out of the passion of a mum who, while raising two young children and working in the early years sector, longed for a space that felt like home — a nurturing, community-focused environment where children could grow, learn, and thrive. The name "Lilly Brook" reflects both nature and family. The Lilly symbolizes purity, growth, and resilience. Our founder’s love for nature, mindfulness, and well-being also influenced the incorporation of the lily pad in our logo reflecting our access to a large outdoor field for nature walks. Since opening, we've been consistently graded "Good" by Ofsted and have worked hard to build strong relationships with parents and the wider community. We believe in the power of connection — not just with the children, but with the world around them. Our weekly visits to the local elderly care home and focus sessions daily alongside expressive arts exploration of music from different cultures and engaging in mixed-media art projects, all play a part in fostering each child’s growth. At Lilly Brook, we are more than a preschool; we are a community who values the importance of every child’s journey. We are proud to be a place where children can learn, grow, and play — a space that not only supports academic development but nurtures emotional, social, and cultural well-being too.
